Required for green belt


1.  Turn left 90° -- left inside-outside block – back stance

2.  Step forward – right high block – left middle reverse punch – front stance

3.  Turn right 180° -- right inside-outside block – back stance

4.  Step forward – left high block – right middle reverse punch – front stance

5.  Turn left 90° -- left low block – front stance

6.  Step forward with right front kick – right middle punch – front stance

7.  Step forward with left front kick – left middle punch – front stance

8.  Step forward with right front kick – right middle punch – front stance (KIAP!)

9.  Turn left 270° -- left inside-outside block – back stance

10.  Step forward – right high block – left middle reverse punch – front stance

11.  Turn right 180° -- right inside-outside block – back stance

12.  Step forward – left high block – right middle reverse punch – front stance

13.  Turn left 90° -- left low block – front stance

14.  Step forward – right high block – front stance

15.  Step forward – left high block – front stance

16.  Step forward – right middle punch – front stance (KIAP!)

17.  Turn left 270° -- left inside-outside block – back stance

18.  Step forward – right high block – left middle reverse punch – front stance

19.  Turn right 180° -- right inside-outside block – back stance

20.  Step forward – left high block – right middle reverse punch – front stance

21.  Return to ready stance
