1. Turn left 90° – cup and saucer on right – right high block + left hammer block – back stance
2. Stationary – grab with left hand – right hand uppercut – back stance
3. Step up with left leg – step down into horse stance – lunge punch with left hand
4. Turn right 180° – cup and saucer on left – left high block + right hammer block – back stance
5. Stationary – grab with right hand – right hand uppercut – back stance
6. Step up with right leg – step down into horse stance – lunge punch with right hand
7. Pivot right 90° -- feet together (bring right to left) – cup and saucer on left – right side snap kick + right hand backfist
8. Jump back (toward direction of kick) – face left in back stance – left double knife hand middle block
9. Step forward – right double knife hand middle block – back stance
10. Step forward – left double knife hand middle block – back stance
11. Step forward – left palm block + right middle spear hand (KIAP!) – front stance
12. Turn left 270° – left double knife hand middle block – back stance
13. Step forward right 45° -- right double knife hand middle block – back stance
14. Turn right 135° -- right double knife hand middle block – back stance
15. Step forward left 45° – left double knife hand middle block – back stance
16. Stationary – pivot with left foot 45° to left – right middle reverse punch – front stance
17. Scoop – right front kick – step forward – left middle reverse punch – front stance
18. Scoop – left front kick – step forward – right middle reverse punch – front stance
19. Scoop – right front kick – step forward – right brace block – front stance
20. Turn left 270° -- left low block – left open hand high block – front stance
21. Step forward 45° right – right high block – front stance
22. Turn right 135° -- right low block – right open hand high block – front stance
23. Step forward 45° left – left high block – front stance
