Required for red belt


1.  Turn left 90° -- left knife hand block + right open hand high block – back stance

2.  Turn right 180° -- right knife hand block + left open hand high block – back stance

3.  Turn left 90° -- low cross block – front stance

4.  Step forward – right brace block – front stance

5.  Bring left foot to right in attention – look over left shoulder – cup and saucer on right side – left side kick + left backfist – turn left 90° -- right high reverse elbow strike into left hand – front stance

6.  Bring right foot to left in attention – look over right shoulder – cup and saucer on left side – right side kick + right backfist – turn right 90° -- left high reverse elbow strike into right hand – front stance

7.  Turn left 90° -- left open hand high block + right suto

8.  Step forward with right front kick – jump to left foot crossed behind right – left brace backfist

9.  Turn left 225° -- closed hand split block (palms down) – left leg forward – front stance

10.  Pull down with right hand – step forward with right front kick – double middle punch (right, left) – front stance

11.  Turn right 90° -- closed hand split block  (palms down) – right leg forward – front stance

12.  Pull down with left hand – step forward with left front kick – double middle punch (left, right) – front stance

13.  Turn left 45° -- left brace block – front stance

14.  Step forward – right brace block – front stance

15.  Step forward – left brace block – front stance

16.  Double eye strike – pull down with hands -- right forward knee strike to hands (KIAP!) – jump and turn 180° left – left double middle knife hand block – back stance

17.  Step forward – right double middle knife hand block – back stance

18.  Return to ready position
