1. Turn left 90° -- left inside-outside middle block – back stance
2. Stationary – right middle reverse punch
3. Slide left foot to right in attention – cup and saucer right side – look over right shoulder – switch cup and saucer to left side
4. Step out with right foot into back stance – right inside-outside middle block
5. Stationary – left middle reverse punch
6. Slide right foot to left in attention – cup and saucer left side – look to the front – switch cup and saucer to right side
7. Step forward with left foot into front stance – low cross block – high cross block – open hands, catch and pull to right side into cup and saucer – right high reverse punch
8. Pick up right leg – step forward with a right outside-inside crescent kick – land in a right-forward horse stance with a right down block, looking over right shoulder
9. Stationary – look over left shoulder – left knife hand strike
10. Step forward with right outside-inside crescent kick (hit palm of left hand) – right high forward elbow strike (also into palm of left hand) – horse stance
11. Jump forward, crossing left foot behind right – right backfist
12. Look over left shoulder – step out with left foot into horse stance – jump forward 180° right, crossing left foot behind right as you land – low cross block in front of body – step forward with right foot – right brace block – front stance
13. Turn left 225° -- open hand split block (palms down) – front stance
14. Step forward with right leg front kick – double middle punch (right, left) – front stance
15. Turn right 90° -- open hand split block (palms down) – front stance
16. Step forward with left leg front kick – double middle punch (left, right) – front stance
17. Turn left 45° -- left brace block – front stance
18. Step forward – right brace block – front stance
19. Turn left 225° -- right reverse low spear hand – grab – clip with left hand while pulling right hand back – long back stance
20. Turn left 45° to attention – double low block at sides
21. Twist left 180° -- mountain block – feet together
22. Turn left 45° -- left reverse low spear hand – grab – clip with right hand while pulling left hand back – long back stance
23. Return to ready position
