Required for blue belt


1.  Turn left 90° -- left hammer block – right middle reverse punch – front stance

2.  Turn right 180° -- right hammer block – left middle reverse punch – front stance

3.  Turn left 90° -- left double middle knife hand block – back stance

4.  Step forward – left palm block + right spear hand strike – front stance

5.  Turn 90° left – right escape and low block + left open hand high block – front stance – turn left 270° -- left spinning hammer fist – front stance

6.  Step forward – right middle punch – front stance (KIAP!)

7.  Turn left 270° -- left hammer block – right middle reverse punch – front stance

8.  Turn right 180° -- right hammer block – left middle reverse punch – front stance

9.  Turn left 135° -- closed hand split block (palms down) – front stance

10.  Pull down with right hand -- step forward with right front kick – double middle punch (right, left) – front stance

11.  Turn right 90° -- closed hand split block (palms down) – front stance

12.  Pull down with left hand – step forward with left front kick – double middle punch (left, right) – front stance

13.  Turn left 45° -- left down block – left high block – front stance

14.  Step forward – right high block – front stance

15.  Step forward – left high block – front stance

16.  Step up with right foot into horse stance – turn left 270° -- left knife hand strike – look over right shoulder – step right – right knife hand strike (KIAP!) – horse stance

17.  Return to ready position
